Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Pet Garden ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Cyprus data-protection law that implements it.

1. Who we are (the data controller)

The controller responsible for your personal data is:

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us. Through this website that is limited to the details you enter in our contact form:

DataWhy we need it
Your nameTo address you and identify your enquiry
Email addressTo reply to you
Phone number (optional)To call you back about a booking if you prefer
Service of interest & your messageTo understand and answer your enquiry

We do not ask for, or want, any special-category data. Please don't include sensitive information in the message field.

Our hosting provider automatically processes limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) in server logs for security and to deliver the site. This is standard for any website and is used only to keep the service running and secure.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

We never use your details for advertising, and we never sell or rent your data to anyone.

4. How your message reaches us

When you submit the contact form, your message is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and delivered to our business email inbox. We use reputable service providers to host the website and deliver email; they act as our processors under written terms and may process data within the EU/EEA. Where any provider is outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch — normally up to 24 months — and then delete them. If you become a customer, booking and transaction records may be kept longer where the law (for example tax rules) requires it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email us at petgarden4@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

7. Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Cyprus supervisory authority: the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy). We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please do contact us too.

8. Cookies & storage

This site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. It stores a single small value in your browser only to remember that you've seen our privacy notice. See our Cookie Policy for details.

9. External links

Our site links to our Facebook, Instagram and Wolt pages. Once you follow a link to another website, this policy no longer applies — those services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
