We keep the information on this site — services, opening hours and contact details — as accurate and up to date as we can. It is provided for general information only and may change. Prices, availability and services are confirmed at the time of booking. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
3. Bookings
Sending the contact form or calling us is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we agree it with you directly. Grooming, boarding and day-care services are subject to our in-store terms and to the welfare and safety of every animal in our care.
4. Photographs
The photographs on this site show pets groomed by Pet Garden and are our own or used with permission. Please don't reuse them without asking us first.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or submitting the contact form for spam or abusive purposes. Automated submissions are blocked.
6. External links
Our site links to third-party services (Facebook, Instagram, Wolt, Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.
